Accompanied Viewings
Full Professional Credit Checking and Reference Checks of all applicants over 18 through LeaseGuard
The Drawing Up of The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and Compiling of the Inventory and Schedule of Condition
Overseeing the Signing of all Documents at Move in and Collecting the First Months Rent and Deposit, Reading the Meters
Registering the Deposit with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme * FULL MANAGEMENT ONLY
Arranging a Standing Order Mandate for Future Rent Payments due each Calendar Month
Dealing with any Maintanance Issues
Property Visits every THREE months undertaken by Our Dedicted Property Visit Clerk and Reporting with Findings
Overseeing the Move Out including Reading the Meters and agreeing any works that need to be arranged and deducted from the Deposit.
Under the LET ONLY service the above service is carried out by ourselves until the tenant moves in. Management is then handed over to the Landlord. We do not normally compile an Inventory under this service but if one is required we can assist with this.
