We have a dedicted Lettings office based on Penny Street in Lancaster where the whole process of letting and managing your property takes place-from advertising to accounting it's all under one roof.  

At the Lettings Bureau we pride ourselves in ensuring that all staff are trained on all aspects of their relevant section and that they are regularly updated on any legal or financial changes that are passed through the courts or by Acts of Parliament.  

We understand the importance of knowing that your property is in good hands and as such we employ a member of staff to carry out the property visits on all let property under full management so you as a landlord, would have a point of contact for any issues arising plus you know your property is being well looked after.
