Low MIll, Caton, Lancaster - Sold STC
Caton is a quiet village situated approximately 4 miles from Lancaster City. It has a great community spirit, with lots of local activities and events arranged at the village institute. There are local shops, pubs (serving delicious food and drink) highly rated primary schools and has a regular bus service to town for access to secondary schools and colleges. Low Mill has a very impressive entrance hall where we can see some of the workings of the old mill. From here we can either take the lift or the stairs up to the apartment. Walking in through the front door we find a very neatly presented hallway with doors leading off into each of the rooms. Recently decorated in cream with a beige carpet to compliment. There is an intercom system set up from here.
A stylish kitchen which is equipped with a selection of Bosch white goods including dishwasher, washer/ dryer and fridge/ freezer. There is an electric hob with built in oven and extractor encased in a decorative stone coloured, brick effect hood, trimmed with white painted woodwork.
